Deploy cloud AI services, administer team AI workspaces, and run a controlled rollout.

This hands-on course teaches you to deploy and administer AI technology, not just compare vendors. You will run pre-built AI services in AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud, configure budget alerts and usage controls, administer a team AI workspace with roles, retention, and connectors, test competing tools with repeatable technical cases, and build a pilot environment and deployment runbook with rollback steps.

Deploying and Administering Workplace AI Tools

Audience

  • IT and systems administrators
  • Cloud and IT operations professionals
  • Business systems and application administrators
  • AI platform administrators
  • Technical project and implementation staff

Objectives

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Run pre-built AI services in the AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud console or AI studio
  • Configure cloud usage controls, cost estimates, and budget alerts
  • Configure users, roles, retention, connectors, and AI controls in a team workspace
  • Test competing AI tools against the same technical cases and score the results
  • Configure a controlled pilot environment and write a rollout and rollback runbook
  • Set up usage and cost monitoring for an AI service in production
